These Website Standard Terms and Conditions govern your use of iSchool Tech websites, including https://www.ischooltech.com, and the services offered through them. By using the website, creating an enrollment, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the website or services.

Our learning services are designed for children. A parent or legal guardian must provide the child’s information, approve enrollment, and authorize any payment. By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act for that child.

Unless otherwise stated, iSchool and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the website, curricula, lessons, designs, videos, software, and other materials. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access them only for their intended educational purpose.

• You may not publish website or course materials in other media.
• You may not sell, sublicense, copy, or otherwise commercialize our content.
• You may not publicly perform, display, record, or redistribute lessons or materials without written permission.

You must use the website and services lawfully and respectfully. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect learners, instructors, other users, or iSchool.

• Do not use the website in a way that harms, disrupts, or may harm the website or its users.
• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its data.
• Do not use the website for unauthorized marketing, advertising, impersonation, fraud, or abusive conduct.
• Keep any account access details and private learner links confidential.

“Your Content” means audio, video, text, images, projects, assignments, or other material you or your child choose to upload or share. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant iSchool a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, reproduce, and share it only as reasonably needed to provide, support, protect, and improve the learning service.

Your Content must not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful or harmful material. We may remove content that breaches these terms or creates a safety risk.

Prices, currency, plan details, and any valid discount are shown before payment and are confirmed when checkout begins. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their additional terms may apply. You authorize us and the selected provider to process the transaction and retain the records needed to confirm its status, prevent fraud, and support refunds.

A payment is complete only after it is confirmed by the payment provider or, for an approved manual payment method, after iSchool approves the submitted proof. Failed, cancelled, pending, or rejected attempts do not create a paid entitlement.

You can cancel your subscription at any time without questions. Refunds depend on your subscription type:

Class schedules, instructors, course content, and platform features may change when reasonably necessary. We will seek to provide an equivalent learning experience and communicate material changes. Internet access, a compatible computer, and any stated software are the learner’s responsibility.

We collect and use personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, child age information, website activity, payment records, and advertising attribution data to provide and improve our services. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it, how long we retain it, and the rights available to you.

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers or authorities when needed to deliver the service, process payments, protect users, or comply with law.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. iSchool does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of website content will always be accurate, reliable, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSchool, its employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud, unsafe behavior, misuse of learning materials, or a threat to the service or its users. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, and governing law, remain effective.

If you reside in Egypt, these terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes will be handled by Egyptian courts. If you reside in any other country, the laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, and disputes will be handled by UAE courts, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
