This policy applies to website visitors, parents and guardians, prospective and enrolled learners, and people who communicate with iSchool. When a parent or guardian provides a child’s data, that adult is responsible for having authority to do so.

• Provide courses, enrollment, learner support, scheduling, progress communication, and customer service.
• Show the correct language, currency, country code, price, discount, and available payment method.
• Process payments, verify payment status, approve submitted payment proof, issue refunds, prevent fraud, and keep financial records.
• Measure advertising and campaign performance, understand first- and last-touch attribution, and improve our websites and services.
• Protect accounts, learners, staff, and systems; diagnose failures; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations.
• Send service communications and, where permitted, marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

Depending on your location and the activity, we process data to perform a contract or take steps you request before a contract, with consent, for our legitimate interests in operating and improving a safe service, and to meet legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Our services support learners aged 6–18, but enrollment and payment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We seek only the child information needed to place and support the learner, such as name, age, course, attendance, work, and progress. Parents and guardians should not provide unnecessary sensitive information.

If you believe a child’s information was provided without appropriate authority, contact us so we can review and, where required, delete it.

Card and wallet details are entered into and processed by the selected payment provider. iSchool does not store complete card numbers, card security codes, or online-banking credentials. We retain transaction references, amount, currency, method, status, provider responses, failure reasons, and refund or payment-proof records as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

iSchool and its providers may process data in Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws may differ between countries. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Enrollment, learning, payment, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention records may be kept for the period required by applicable law or limitation periods. Visitor and advertising-attribution data is retained for a reasonable analytics period, then deleted or anonymized. Support messages and uploaded files are removed when no longer needed, subject to legal holds and backup cycles.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including access controls and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep private links and access details confidential and contact us if you suspect misuse.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal data, and may withdraw consent or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Some requests may be limited where records must be kept by law, to complete a contract, establish legal claims, protect another person, or prevent fraud.
