iSchool has been awarded First Place at the Biznex Investment Expo Startup Competition, a prestigious event that brought together some of Egypt's most promising startups, investors, and industry leaders to showcase innovative business ideas with the potential to create meaningful impact.
Representing iSchool, Co-Founders Muhammad Gawish and Mostafa Abdelmoneim presented the company's vision for transforming technology education and preparing the next generation with future-ready skills in programming, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation.
The competition attracted more than 150 startups from various sectors, highlighting the growing entrepreneurial ecosystem in Egypt. Following a rigorous evaluation process, only 12 startups were selected to present their businesses before a judging panel representing the Ministry of Investment and a group of leading Egyptian and Arab investors.
Competing for a grand prize of $7,000 sponsored by Sand Fund, iSchool was ultimately selected as the most impactful startup in the competition, in recognition of its contribution to society and its potential to play a transformative role in the future of education in Egypt.
The event was attended by the Minister of Investment, alongside a distinguished audience of investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders from across the region.
